We understand that there are many exciting things to see and do on your Alaskan adventure and plans do change. If you give us a 48 hour notice, we will be happy to change the dates of your reservation (subject to availability) for FREE.
TERM AND CONDITIONS* 100% deposit by credit card confirms your reservation.* All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee.* Full refund, minus the processing fee, for cancellations made 30+ days before your reservation.* 50% refund, minus the processing fee, for cancellations made less than 30 days before your reservation.* No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation or for early check-outs.* Check in is between 12 pm and 7pm. Notify us in advance if you will have a later arrival time.* Check out is 11 am. Extended check out may be available.* Pet are NOT allowed in Cabins, Rooms, Shower Facilities, Giftshop.* Cabins and Rooms are non-smoking and no pets.
